Using data-informed tools like breathwork, nervous system presencing, visualization, goal-setting, and embodiment, I guide men back to their aliveness, confidence, and turn-on.
I bring a one-of-a-kind blend of corporate insight, embodied wisdom, and trauma-aware, research-based practice. After a decade working in corporate law and diplomacy—experiencing the driven, high-achieving burnout spiral firsthand—I spent the next ten years transforming my life through yoga, somatic healing, and sacred sexuality. I’ve taught yoga on three continents, in three languages, to thousands of people.
Before stepping into this work, I earned a JD and spent a decade immersed in international law, diplomacy, and the courtroom. I worked in academia, with the United Nations, and in international law firms—bringing sharp intellect, precision, and global perspective to every space I entered. But despite the accolades and accomplishments, something essential was missing. My body ached for intimacy, aliveness, truth. My soul longed for depth, for connection beyond performance.
That longing led me to immersive study in yoga, tantra, somatics, and sacred sexuality—and ultimately to this work: guiding men into their deepest power, presence, and erotic truth.
